Quick one this week with a couple of birthday parties. First one this week is for London folk. Bad Passion is on tomorrow and it's their 5th birthday. They have a live performance from Land Of Light and DJ sets from Jonny Nash and the Bad Passion Project. Mickey Boyle is doing the sound, so it should sound pretty heavy. £8 to get in and the party is at Designers Block, 32 Cremer Street, E2 8HD and it runs from 22:00 - 04:00.

Next up is another birthday party this time for Belfast Music Club (they are 6) and they've invited very special guests JD Twitch and JG Wilkes, aka Optimo, to help celebrate being another year older. They have had Twitch over a few times but this will be the first time they have had him and partner in crime Wilkes together. Even better they have given them the whole night from doors open to closing. Smart move chaps. I haven't been to Belfast for years but they know how to party so am sure this one will be pretty special.

It's happening at the The Menagerie, University St, Belfast and runs from 10 till late. £10 in.
